Unid 1520 kHz USA. WWKB from Buffalo?

Pedro Porres

This morning at dawn I heard something new on the Sangean DT-250. It could be the first North American station that I receive in MW. At 1520 kHzs the Buffalo WWKB usually enters Europe well, but I cannot know if it is from this station. I leave the link to know your opinion.

Congratulations Pedro!
That Sports format remembers me ESPN stations. I think this is part of the "Sports Center Allnight" program. I have checked my life logs list and I have just three Sports station on that frequency:

WWKB from Buffalo (NY) with 50 kW D/N power (affiliated to ESPN).
KOLM from Rochester (MN) with 800 W night power (CBS The Ticket)
KMSR from Northwood (ND) with just 1.500 W at daytime (nightime power unknown for me)

WWKB is one of the usual ones when propagation opens and daytime blocks the power Saudi Arabian waves from the eastern side of the globe.

Well, remember... "No hay una sin dos, ni dos sin tres"

Salu2
