Please join us in welcoming our newest member to the Courtesy Program Committee (CPC), Earl Higgins of St. Louis, Missouri.
Earl is a well-known DXer and a member of the National Radio Club and the IRCA. His skill set includes being a professional web developer, strong IT skills, and related experience.
Initially, Earl will be assisting in listening to reception reports received after DX Tests and verifying valid reports from those that may be unexplained beeps and whistles on the band. But in time, we plan to leverage his expertise to improve our overall outreach to stations.
The CPC works with broadcasters to arrange DX Tests during maintenance periods, to inform DXers about outages, etc. All our work is done on a volunteer basis and supported financially by both clubs. If you are not a member of both the IRCA and NRC, we encourage you to join both clubs.
Welcome Earl, and thank you for stepping forward!
