[irca] Alaska AM DX Sept 15

It was a less-the-great morning Paul.  The K-index went up to 4 briefly last night and sometimes that’s enough to kill things for a day or so.  But just before that happened - yesterday and the day before - Asian reception was pretty good in Grayland, WA.
