This "ultralight" radio with DSP chip and mp3 player features MW as well as FM.(I have other similar radios which are FM only). There is scan tuning and direct frequency entry, but no manual up/down tuning. It is 9kHz steps only, although I suspect in 10kHz regions there is another model with a different brand name.
