Right now I’ve got this solution. 20cm ferrite with capacitor. It’s not fancy but works better than internal ferrite

The 19cm (7.5 inch) loopstick XHDATA D-808 model is in high demand worldwide, similar to the demand for small FSL antennas. Unfortunately I don't have anywhere near the free time to build these models for sale, although I have given out quite a few of both items. I've seen the ferrite rods and Litz wire on eBay so its worth researching. As far as the piece from the carpenters level I'm sure one can improvise rather easily.

Ola Fredriksson I've used a jumper that plugs into the jack on this and the other end go's to my external antenna jack. I set the ferrite on the window sill or if I'm outside on something at head level and the reception is much better. Ron |
