World Radio History - wow!

Hi all
I found this site by accident yesterday, and because it’s so unreal I just wanted to be sure everyone knew about it. To a newbie like myself who happens to be interested in the past (probably because I’m old 😊) it’s an absolute gold mine! I’ll give a link to the site and another link from it to a random page, which just happens to be relevant to call signs we’ve been discussing. Have fun!

And the following page has loads of interest to ultralighters 😊

Isn't it awesome?

It used to be "Americanradiohistory.com" but he's expanded. And it
seems to be large enough to have it's own gravitational field now with
more and more archives being added which attracts yet more archives.

If there is a donation link, I haven't found it, but I'd kick in a few
bucks to help keep the (server's) lights on.

Hi Peter
The amount of work that’s gone into this is phenomenal, and I’m with you, if I find a PayPal link I’ll gladly make a donation!

From the site:

I want to support the site. Can I send you money by PayPal?

Please don't send money. The site is not commercial, and the only
links are to sites than enhance the user's discovery of related
documents or credits for use of protected material. I do not wish to
profit or give the impression of commercialization of this
preservation project.

Consider donating to The Broadcasters Foundation instead. The link is
at the bottom of the home page, and it supports fellow radio and TV
folks who are going through hard times.
