RNE Cantabria is the more powerful one, day and night. Murcia gives half the power at night. As you know, not always the close one is heard first, or the more powerful one. The first RNE Radio Nacional regional slot is at 05;45 UTC workdays and includes local ID. 05:45 UTC is in full daylight here, 07:45 local time, so no chance of hearing the regional slot.
(MWlist.org does not indicate a lower power for Murcia at night. It is listed at 300kW. Cantabria is 50kW). Thanks anyway, Peter

Hi Peter, Despite the info showed in MWLIST, all of the RNE Spanish MW stations are actually transmitting with less than 250 kW (source: personal messages with technicians and staff in provinces). Just for you to know... Murcia is reducing power at night at a range of 25/20 kW and wouldn't exceed of 50kW in daylight. Many Spanish stations have reduced power as they try to maximize component's life time due to lack of spare pieces or expensive electricity bills! 73! J
