Hi all, pre dawn this am in Sydney I heard what sounded like Russian or Spanish accents on 189 kHz, perhaps a 2 person conversation in a studio?
Is there a world wide database of LW/SW freqs I could search to see what station this might be? Thanks, Grant.

The only station I could find record of on that frequency is RUV Iceland Gufuskalar with 100KW.
