Ultralight DXing: Portable Ultralight DXing Session - Queechy Lake

Hello Paul,

Thanks very much for your latest Ultralight radio DXing report and video from Queechy Lake. It's great to have you back in the DXing activity, and read the reports from Launceston and the other Tasmanian locations.

My own luck in tracking down some new Australian MW stations wasn't the greatest this past summer, but 639-5CK was a new one for me while on the Oregon ocean side cliff of Cape Perpetua last August. Good luck, Paul, and thanks again for your Ultralight radio blog, DXing reports and videos.

Thanks Gary, It is good to be back after a bit of a break away from the portable side of the hobby :)

Our baby is due soon so I am making the most of my free time now before she is born, after this for a while I will mostly be DXing from home. All going to plan I am hoping to do another portable session tomorrow night, this will be later just before our sunset so I hope I can log more stations, I am not 100% sure of the location as yet, maybe another lookout in Launceston I have used before or even a totally new location.

I am on leave at the moment so have the time to do this.

I am glad to hear that you managed to log one new Australian station, better than nothing :)

Regards
Paul
