Anyone know where the Cuban stations power and locations are listed ?


While scanning the FCC database, i noticed a lot of AM stations that are listed as "debtor in possession". could this be the last year that they're on the air ? if you dont have them in your log yet, better hurry. heres a complete list of MI OH IL stations that are in trouble:

0720 WGN Chicago IL 50k 50k clear channel
1220 WKRS Waukegan IL 1k 90w
1340 WJOL Joliet IL 1k 1k graveyard
0760 WJR Detroit MI 50k 50k clear channel
0790 WSGW Saginaw MI 5k 1k
1480 WHBC Canton OH 15K 5K

AM radio stations are going dark all over the country. have you checked your state ?

Kenwood TS450S, JPS DSP, loop 26 in sq


WGN (The Super Station) and WJR!!!! Those are two historic stations, I get fairly regularly every night here in south west Ohio. I'm glad I go a early birthday present today of a digital recorder. I got to keep stopping myself from saying digital TAPE recorder!!!!:P

Now I'll record these stations in case they god forbid,they fade into history. I'd love to log all the three letter call sign stations left nationwide. I think that make for a unique accomplishment in it's own right.
