567 JAPAN, JOIK 1342 fair with man in Japanese. 639 CHINA, CRN1 1346 weak with man/woman in Chinese. //4460. Used the 1 kc method 638 to pull this one in. 972 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLCA 1148 woman in Korean made it though a lot of splatter from 970 local KCMD. Again the 1 kc up to 973 helped log this one.
