two new ones for me this morning - very pleased with both of these.

783 Radio Mauritania, Nouakchott 50 Mauritania 05:56 2529m 4070km Quran recitation followed by om in talk confirmed by parallel on the Badr Satellite at 26 east.

900 XEW Mexico City 250 Mexico 06:18 5212m 8386km Los Amos Del Camino show / ads / id.

Wonderful on the Mauritania and Mexico logs Paul ! I've tried myself for Mauritania from here a time or two. It seems to be there on my other rig but so far nothing strong enough to log any definite details  on ULR's yet here . Maybe the ongoing and upcoming  good seasonal conditions will change that  for me. !

Hi Allen,

Im surprised I had never heard Mauritania before on 783 -  I was tuning around and heard the Muezzin and wondered what it was - everything behind me needs to be daylight to hear it.

Same for the Canaries and Azores.

Was looking at your photos in the files section - boy what a location you are in. One day I'd love to DX from Newfieland.
