many thanks for the congrats and encouragement - the 300 was a LOT of fun, its going to be a long time before I add another 150 though!

567khz RNE5 Torre de Cotillas, Murcia 25kw Spain 04:00 28/03/2008
Heard behind local RTE1 which is now running an information tape loop about its closedown. Theres another 5 kw RNE5 tx on this channel from Marbella in Andalucia but judging from the ferrite bearing and output this was Murcia in south eastern Spain.
The Spaniards are difficult - they are everywhere but often are running network programming.So often difficult to get local id's.

I have an unid from last night a very faint signal on 1700 playing a mixture of oldies and spanish songs with some SS florida references (before hearing hte spanish thought KVNS)
