Hi,
I guess one's "absolute go-to" is always one's latest acquisition.

Sounds like things are more "touchy" in this area outside of the US?
Not sure if I'm correct on that.... could just be larger city vs smaller city/town worldwide...

"One Radio to rule them all" or "Mix it up a bit" ???
Hi all,
Two (fun I hope) questions:
1) When it comes to your preferred DX'ing rig/equipment, do you have an "absolute go-to" radio that you prefer, or do you like to mix up your "radio usage" to some

Great idea, Paul. For those of us in the U.S., it would be fun to try to log ours too. There are quite a few. I could produce a day/night list if anyone is interested. Canadians included too.

Kmart Portable Radio (JR-61H760) Review
I have just published my review of this radio, for less than the cost of a sit down lunch, you can have a capable AM/FM radio.

That's a great ruse! Is there a particular receiver that lets you maintain the illusion of "scientific test equipment"?

That is a great answer. When I had a "branded" work van, that also helped to keep people away.
