Thanks Gary for all you have done leading the ULR way with testing and modifications. I have not been following as closely as I used to on YAHOO.
I am interested in any ULR or nearly ULR barefoot

Re: 2023 FM Challenge
It is written in Python which is quite mobile. I am not sure how some of it would work around saving data. I am happy to keep developing it on Windows until I am happy, then might look at porting it

Liam,
There is no update version to that 2010 document, although SSB capability is now allowed in "official" Ultralight radios (such as in the C. Crane Skywave SSB model). The 20 cubic inch size limit

Could this be made to work on a tablet or mobile phone? I often carry mine when out walking.

Hi Liam,
For almost 6 months, Solar Activity has taken off. The higher frequency Shortwave bands (10 MHz +) are currently excellent.
I am a Ham Radio operator and spend a lot of time doing that

Re: DX'ER Radio for Portable Use
I have not found the lack of a keypad to be much of an issue with my PL-365. I also like that it runs on AA batteries and these seem to last a decent amount of time.
