Your serial number indicates a "good" E100 model (at least in theradio's design). The only ones to avoid are the E10-0709xxxxxx series.

I don't see a Tecsun R-911 under that seller, but I do see a similar-looking Tecsun R-9012, which seems to have a different type of tuning knob. It's the same price you listed

WHYL 960 DX test
WFIR 960 Roanoke VA was dominant here with lots of background noise. But the
code and sweep tones came through loud and clear on the SRF-39FP barefoot.
