Yes, I meant alignment. I remember when the RF-032D came out .... it ran through the AAA batteries of that time like soft candy , I and was using Alkaline batteries. Modern ones work much better

The radio is more selective than the DT-400W, the radio I used as my benchmark. It reproduced understandable audio on frequencies where there are VERY weak stations and the others didn't reproduce

I heard 1240 Cheboygan MI 1k 1k again this morning for 5 minutes solid copy, then another 5 min weak and fadding. thats 221 mi. conditions are still strange. anyone else notice it ?
