I had not thought of this when i posted but far to the north such as Alaska,not only do they have earlier sunrises/later sunsets,but they have much longer days.They are the land of the midnight sun

I heard JOUB 774 from about 1048 until 1154 on a barefoot PL-310. JOIB 747 was also audible at 1105. Other than a het on 972 the other usual TP suspects remained silent. I listened awhile on

I just checked with a site that gives sunrise/sunset times and it appears that Milwaukee SR is a little earlier than Shreveport's.Perhaps a change to daytime power and antenna pattern brought WISN up
