I really appreciate your article about that clever modification. The 390 looks to have more room to add a few turns of wire around the loop stick to use as an input as well. It is hard to choose

I just found my long lost 7600G, and it is well built. I like the audio on AM and SW much better on my DSP radios though. Sound is clearer and cleaner to my ear. [G8, PL-310 and PL-360] The SONY

I would love to see a modern version of my Sony 7600GR.
The 7600 GR radio has:
SSB, both USB and LSB
Synchronous detection with selectable side band
easily managed memories - 100 stations
Disconnect
