Grundig G6
Speaking of the G6, does anyone have any experience comparing it to the current allowed ULRs, such as the G8, PL-310, PL-380? This looks like a Tecsun product that is exclusively a Grundig/Eton model

Referring to the file defining ULRs written by the late John Bryant, you'll see that SSB is not prohibited in a ULR. According to John's guidelines, what does eliminate the G6 is that its retail

Dont know your log, but 920/930 is interesting around here. A canadian and RI on 920, Buffalo at least on 930. OT: When that jet crashed just outside Buffalo in Feb 2009, I listened to WBEN overnite.

540 WLIE is a tuff station here, maybe I should have my radios aligned :) WCKY on 1530 booms in here at nite during fall/winter. Never heard WREF much after dark. Uptown, it comes in better than right

I too would like to see an ultralight with continuous 150-30000kHz coverage... preferably a DSP model with a GOOD tuned front end better than the PL-380. Having 50/00 readings 10khz away from a local
