New Station on 1420
Congrats to Richard Allen for the new station logging. I listened to 560 for quite a while last night, but only managed to come up with several UNID XE stations and several UNID EE stations. Good

Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-8
Hello All,
It was another interesting morning, with positive signs of a transition tobetter TP propagation. Like Dennis, I found it one of the best mornings of thenew season.

Finally a new station!
A few days ago Kirk Allen alerted me he'd heard XEMZA on 560 kHz. I listened for the station the last two mornings, but instead heard XESRD on my trusty SRF-T615 With a clear ID both mornings there

I love all the studies you are doing... You are getting a real feel for the issues surrounding radios that don't handle overloaded front ends very well.
This is probably a dumb comment to

Re: Max S/N for RSSI readings?-FARMERIK
Hi Scott/all,
the IF value in FM mode is different, indeed - 128 kHz.
What about SW - the same IF (45kHz) applies to all AM bands (LW/MW/SW)?
Thanks!
Leo

has the selectable FM channel filter suffered the same fate? The Si4731 had initially offered FM bandwidth selection (00/40/60/80/100 kHz, as per its demo board user's guide) but this option

Do you think with a Select-A-Tenna, my PL-380 would have any chance of logging any of those at all?
I don't think I would hear JOAK-594, due to KOGO-600's ~65dBu (estimated - caps at 63dBu, measured
