Re: PL-380 Battery Problem
Hi,
Thanks.....
Yeah....it is beginning to look like using NiMH's charged with my own external charger has caused an overheat somewhere. I noticed there is a distinct brownish-rainbow colored patch

Re: Thank You for the T-615 Feedback
Dear Kirk: I love the 380, although using w/ loops (air core orferrite) is a little bit different because of receiver signal intermitant samplingcycling times. You could tune the loop with your E100

Kirk,
I have two. It is my favorite radio mostly because of its size; I use it every morning and afternoon when I walk my Aussie. It is a little "wide" with my locals during the day, but at night

If I remember the blogging on the T-615 correctly, it is hot on the lower half of the band. I believe that it's nulling was about as good as it gets...I think that it was noted, however, that local

Question About the T-615
Hi All,
I am wondering if any of you living in a metro area with high rf noise problems have ever used a T-615? If so, how is it for adjacent channel and image rejections? I'm seriously thinking of

Re: Guy Atkin's Independent Testing of PL-380 7.5" Loopstick
I think I already have a three section variable. I used to buy those things anytime I spotted them for loop projects I never got around to doing. I'll have to check my junk box.
I also have an SX-100

Hi Kirk,
The Sony SRF-T615 is extremely sensitive for its tiny size, which isprobably the main reason for its almost cult-like popularity. There is no otherUltralight radio so small that is so

I live about 20 miles from the Atlantic on a rise by a little freshwater pond. There is a marked difference in trans-Atlantics when you are on the shore. Even on local groundwave transmissions. Chuck
