yes Joshua you are right that adapter powers the E5, but I don't understand the difference in voltage? the adapter is marked @ 8V output while the E5 is marked 6V input?

Great Overnight DXing 8/11/09
I don't know what I did right last night, but I was able to snag 5 new stations between 0600 and 1200. Haven't had a night like that in quite a while. I hope that's an omen of improvements in
