Hi guys,
Help me understand, is the material a foil or a ferrite sheet.
I'm not find an actual foil, like aluminum foil it is more a rubberized ferrite sheet.

Re: Ferrite foil
The Italian pdf used a ferrite sheet of unknown specifications. I thought it was type MAB-3 from Kitagawa but probably is not. I have asked a datasheet.
The one you linked is not ferrite material

I've moved a number of my Yahoogroups over, including loopantennas, and at least for now I've decided to leave them in existence. The descriptions all give the Groups.io address, and when people ask

Wiki of Links
Hi all.
The move to groups.io has given us some new features, one of these is a Wiki.
I have created a page of links which I would love to see all members add to with links to any radio related

As you can see in the attached picture, I am partial to air loops.
They all perform well.
They are just a bit clumsy with certain radios.
I would say at least once a year I have to clean them and

Yahoo Group's Ultimate Fate
For the information of all, the Ultralightdx Yahoo group has been "put on ice," but we cannot "pull the plug." Yahoo requires an "Owner" to delete a group, and unfortunately our "Owner" (John) hasn't

Re: Ferrite foil
I'd like to know what you used if you made this work on MW. I looked a MacMaster Carr [USA] and found some ferrite sheets, but could not understand the specs or figure out if they would likely work.
