1206 khz is not used in Europe it seems, at least nothing strong is audible here North of Paris if I turn my Tecsun PL380 + AN200 loop to the North East.

Congratulations on hearing Xingjiang. For me it is sad that 1377 kHz is now an occupied frequency in Europe. Lille was once regularly heard here on 1377 using only a barefoot PL-310.

1377-CNR1 can sometimes be received here in the western USA, but usually not with the great signal like in your video.
