Re: US Version of ACMA Database
I sent this earlier and then almost immediately a server failure put the site down for several days. Try it again if it failed for you earlier.

Re: Off topic ALINCO DX-R8 question- FARMERIK
Thanks! Maybe if a lap top appears at my door from my kids or a Tablet if that would do. I think there is more DRM software for Windows than Linux. - FARMERIK

Your will need a stable 12kHz IF output and a PC with DRM software.
You will find plenty of data on this if you search under "digital radio mondiale".

Hidden coverage for 1715-2300khz in Tecsun DSP radios?
Recently I bought Tecsun PL-505 via eBay and overall I'm satisfied with it, specially its compact design and good enough performance. I tried PL-380 before this (and returned it due to a few defective

Off topic ALINCO DX-R8 question- FARMERIK
Does anyone know if it may be possible to implement DRM without using SDR and possibly hear European DRM from the East coast of the USA on an ALINCO DX-R8 radio? If not, will I NEED a computer

Re: Fw: [NRC-AM] CKGM 990 AM testing this morning on 690 kHz
Interesting. When I was a kid, CKGM was on 980 kHz and CBC's CBM was
on 940 kHz and, unless I'm mistaken, CBF (Radio Canada, the
French-language CBC) was on 690 kHz.
This is all in Montreal, BTW.

Re: Processer SSB Radios ??
I'm not aware of DSP with SSB in the ultralights yet. By the way, Such a radio would NOT be an ultralight according to this group's rules.

Re: Tecsun PL-600 Birdie
Only a few NDB's, which I can take with another receiver, so not a great problem, but still it should not be there, not that strong anyway....
