Re: Oregon Coast DXpedition
Hi Rob,
Wow, I certainly wish you were here, brother! Your SRF-T615 would be logging up a ton of DU-DX, maybe enough to make you forget about FM for a little while?

Thanks a bunch!
Patrick on the IRCA list also steered me towards Noumea as the likely 666 French station-- something that certainly made my day. Thanks very much for your help, and wish

So that is an increase of 1.5 inches over the antenna in the PL-380 which is 3 1/8 inches.

I got mine today. Pretty nifty little radio. So far (only cursory testing for a short time)it does not seem to be as good as the PL-310 or 380 ON MW. Lack signal indicators and multiple bandwidths,

Thanks for the link! No surprise that it isn't a MW DXer's dream, but I rarely use them barefoot, so it's not a deal-breaker. It will be interesting to see if there is some available real estate

Re: Logging stations heard?
Thanks, Gil! That description seems to fit how I approach potential catches. I put a qualifier in my log for those which I might have heard but didn't get enough info on.
