I'm a mile away from having logged all the XE states. I'm quite sure that Richard Allen has the best totals for the Okie ULR DXers. Had I have stayed in SE TX, I believe that hearing all the XE states might have been attainable though.

Just for fun I counted up the XE states hrd for both my OK and TX logs:
XE States Hrd in Oklahoma: 16
XE States Heard in Texas: 24

There's a total of 31 Mexican states, by the way.
