Jim Kearman of Florida has become the first ULR-DXer to qualify for the
Cuba DX Centurian Award (Unlimited Class), for his success in logging at least
100 Cuban stations on an Ultralight radio. Having so many nearby Cubans is
perhaps a mixed blessing, but Rob Ross and I certainly wish to congratulate
Jim on his patience in logging them, and wish him success in his future
DXing.

is available from the Ultralight MW DXing Awards Committee. Each recipient
receives a digital file which may be used for electronic display or is suitable
for framing when printed at 8 12" x 11" on good quality paper. Information on
