Thanks for suggestions of which station this may be. I have uploaded a 60 sec sound clip to Files of the cumbia music with the repeated slogan. This may help someone identify the station. XERF faded in occasionally with phone call in/dedications type program. Also in the mix at times a possible religious mix of choral items. An interesting evening day on 1570 !
