Radio Cadena Agramonte in Cuba just made a brief appearance over local KPOF
at 0500 UTC with Cuban national anthem and slogan-ID. The presumed Cuban
warbler on 730 is also in at the moment. So conditions are indeed good to
the south/east! These were heard on a Tecsun PL-380 and portable Conti Loop
facing east. Total stations heard is now 293. I have enough Latin Americans
logged to apply for the next ULR award. :)
