Here in northeastern Ohio I too heard 850 KOA/Denver on Saturday night.
My challenge: a local station ALSO on 850...WKNR, who's transmitter
site is 15 miles north of me, runs 4,400 watts at night, directional
northwest/southeast.
This demonstrates the SRF59's exceptional nulling ability! It's great
to have a sensitive radio. Selectivity is good to have too. But,
without outstanding nulling, you won't hear nearly as many stations.
I'm so happy I heard about this wonderful little AM "DX machine".
Thanks to Gary and everybody at DXer.ca!
