Latest ULR Awards

Hi Gang,

I'd like to echo the congratulations to Tony Kekalos and Jim Kearman on their latest awards. Way to go, Gents.. My hat is off to you guys' persistence.

Tony, you couldn't have put it any better when you said,

"It's a bitter sweet moment after our fraternities loss. But I hope to use this
award to inspire others to join and grow or clubs numbers. I also want to thank
both ROB and Gary, for keeping the awards program going and for their hard work
under the difficult circumstances, of the loss of a good friend, teacher, and
motivator John Bryant."

Thanks for such a well-put memorium. You guys keep on keepin' on. (I've been struggling with the issue of being enthused after we lost John, so I'll try to practice what I preach. Somehow DX'ing just hasn't been the same for the last 2 weeks.) This hobby can only be as worthwhile and fun as we choose to make it, and John certainly did teach us how to enjoy this to the fullest...plus MANY other aspects of life. I, along w/ a host of others can attest to that for a long time now.

This is an exceptional group here, and I'm grateful to be a part of it.
