Dear Kirk: I love the 380, although using w/ loops (air core or
ferrite) is a little bit different because of receiver signal intermitant sampling
cycling times. You could tune the loop with your E100 and then sub the 380 for
the 100, then rotate for nulling--it is a great little radio…

I really appreciate the feedback regarding my
question. No need for any further comments. The PL-380 is definitely going to
be coming my way. That's because of the urban situation in which I live...gotta
have a decent receiver with digital capabilities plus excellent adjacent
channel rejection capabilities. The 380 sounds ideal in that regard. I've been
wanting one ever since I hrd abt it anyway, so....here we go! Been a long time
since I bought a new radio.
