My go to radio is the XHDATA D-808. I did try the Tecsun 330, but found the MW performance to be poor so sold it on.

I do have a newly acquired SDRplay RSPdx which I'm planning on using for overnight (I'm in the UK) transatlantic MW DXing because it offers the flexibility of doing scheduled recordings.

However good an SDR is, for me nothing beats the feeling you get when using a proper radio.
