WHAS 840 kHz now up strongly with weather report and warnings for area until 0300 CT. Storms are moving at 50-55 MPH. Local area communities have warnirng reporting. Prediction Center in Norman, Okla. Cutoff for reports on this map
would have been at 0600 CST this morning, so there will many many
delayed reports. But you can see the general layout of the storm
damage - blue dots are winds greater than 50 kts and red are
tornadoes.

Bad night. As our local office's Warning Coordination Meteorologist
likes to say, storm season runs from Jan 1 to Dec 31. The atmosphere
has no calendar and will do its thing whenever the ingredients are
there. Event was well forecast, but if you are predisposed to ignore
storm warnings outside spring ...
