The PL-330 and PL-368 perform quite similarly...their biggest difference is ergonomics. The R-108 lacks SSB but has great audio. I have reviews of all of these radio on my website...the R-108 I reviewed was badged Radiwow R-108 but is the same radio as the one you mentioned.
