In terms of Wangaratta in VIC it doesn't state wherever 756KHz 3RN or 1566KHz 3NE is earmarked for closure. 
It would be a pity for 3NE to be shut down as it has a unique groundwave and skywave propagation pattern. 
I recorded about 2 hours of 3NE last year, i'd better make some more recordings this year.
