Jaycar sells to the United States and has a website (www.jaycar.us) specifically for that purpose. I've ordered two AR-1780s from them and have generally been satisfied. They are practically identical to the XHDATA D-808 except for using 4 AA batteries rather than the lithium-ion batteries of the XHDATA.
