When 558-Fiji pounds in at this level it should be more than adequate to reach Victoria and other salt-water enhanced locations. This was its signal at 1318 this morning, received on a Tecsun PL-380 boosted by a 15 inch FSL antenna at the ocean cliff near Manzanita, Oregon, USA
