OK, rewound with 4 coils- 10-9-9-10 which measure 35.18 X 33.92 X 33.80 X 36.42 uH.

Total in series = 284.1 uH  Cap measures 20-400 and tunes a bit more than 530-1710 KHz which is nice.

This time I wound the coils separately and am using jumpers to connect them. Should allow using less for the tropical bands.  Thanks, I'll see what it does well after sunset.- FARMERIK
