A barely audible to poor signal from 774 JOUB between 1143
and 1248. No other signals heard although there was a trace
of one 693 kHz at 1253-1258.

At least it beat the silence of the past several days.

Receivers: Tecsun PL-310 & 7.5-inch loop-stick couple with
8-inch FSL.
