From the other end of the telescope in  NZ, both the Cubans are in parallel on 1620 at 0700 UTC or midnight PST. Our of sync echo evident. WNRP on  top of them all 7 Feb at very good strength at this time with no trace of WDHP. KUAU also fights it out with XERF on 1570 each evening. For year round US listening as a marker I use  KDIA 1640 or XEPE 1700.
