Is CBGA-1 off the air?  I still occasionally hear what sounds like echo from delay between two or more transmitters carrying the CBC French service on 540 kHz.  The top of the hour ID on 540 is not parallel 1550 kHz.  It sounds like a network ID rather than local, while 1550 gives a local ID as CBEF Windsor.
