Yesterday here in IL, with my main DX equipment (Perseus and Double KAZ antenna aimed west) 738 was near trace audible strength but there was too much 740 slop. 702 carrier was quite weak..ie weaker than was usual in Sept. This at and just after 1200. I slept in this morning.

I've listened the past two mornings for transpacific signals hearing not a trace. It has been the deadest two mornings since late August. Usually there has been some trace of a carrier.
Receivers: PL-310 & 7.5" ferrite loop and PL-380 & Quantum QX+.
