Saskatoon is Central Standard Time year-round so the programming feed would likely be the same as CKSB/1050, as would the LPRT slave anyway. Radio-Canada/SRC's Premiere Chaine has relatively few local breakouts in the West so the different programming points to another time zone for the transmitter.
