Sudden very weakaudio on my modified PL-380

Hi all,
This morning, my 7" loopstick PL-380 shows a VERY WEAK audio level. Reception is fine as usual, but I have to set the volume to 20 or 25 to have a decent audio (usually, it is set to abt 7 to 10).
Any idea ?
