Re: optimistic seller

"Let the buyer beware" should be the motto of eBay. To me "You ALWAYS get what you pay for" means expect to pay a premium for good products, not (IMHO) "The most expensive is always the best". I suspect these auctions work if...."A fool and his money are soon parted" is a true-ism. Hummmm I wonder if I could get $500 for my Grundig YB300PE???????

I have been burned once on eBay...  the seller was in the USA. For $25 I learned.. ALWAYS READ THE FEEDBACK!  I have never been burned by an Asian seller.... some people won't buy a Tecsun ultralight "direct" because they have to buy from an Asian seller like Anon.... I feel as secure buying from them as I do Amazon.

I was looking for a headphone am/fm set (mine just died). Can't believe that an e-bay seller thinks that he can get $500 or $1,000+ for some pedestrian offerings.
