Dennis:

Sadly conditions have deteriorated since Thursday morning. This
morning there was little sign of JOUB 774, only a het around local
sunrise. Also noticed a het on 828 kHz. Reception seemed to favor
the southern states and Mexico this morning. The exceptions were CKRM
620, Regina, and CJGX 940, Yorkton, both with decent signals.

I hope things improve in the next day or so.
