I was listening this morning between 0400-0500 EST (0900-1000 UT) on 1060 KYW from Phils., PA. From about 0425 to 0450 I was hearing a weak Spanish station coming in under KYW, and also during a few fades.

The orientation of the PL-310 would favor Cuba/So. Am./ Carrib. being just West of South. Trying to clarify, best orientation favord due South. Content was singing (canciones) with Latin rythym. Any ideas?
